- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and details about your home or project when you call us, submit a form, book a consultation, or text with us.
- Call information: calls to our studio line are answered by Tessa, our phone concierge, and may be recorded for quality and training. We keep a summary of the conversation so our team can follow up accurately.
- Website usage: standard analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm consultations, and provide design services.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups you have requested.
- To improve our website, our phone concierge, and our service.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you ask us to text you a scheduling link, or you call our studio and we follow up by text, you may receive text messages from Reveal Interior Design. Message frequency varies. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management system, our telephone and messaging provider, our email provider, and our scheduling tools, and only as needed to provide our services to you.
